The "Skypark Business Center" designed by Bjarke Ingels Group is an approx. 300m long office building and is largely made of glued laminated timber. Using comparative risk analysis, it was shown that the contribution of the exposed timber surfaces to the fire risk was sufficiently compensated and that the building has a comparable safety to a conventional concrete structure.
