We developed the basics for managing the building portfolio for the Swiss army, the largest building owner in Switzerland. The study focused on fire safety as part of the maintenance of existing buildings. The aim is to make investments efficiently and thus maintain an acceptable level of security in the building stock, taking into account commensurability.
