In this project, the risk to the population as a result of an aircraft crash on the site of the chemical industry in Wiesbaden was calculated and evaluated. The risk analysis was carried out with the help of a Bayesian network, taking into account the probability of crashing, the probability of hitting plant parts, the spread of hazardous substances and lethality.
